Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original condition, unassembled, and in its original packaging with all tags and manuals included.

  Contact our Customer Service team via our online portal or visit any Nitori showroom with your original tax invoice to initiate the return.

  Schedule Collection

  For bulky furniture items, our logistics team will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time; smaller accessories can be returned directly to the store.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
