Do you provide assembly services for your furniture?
Yes, professional assembly is included for all large furniture items delivered by our logistics team. Our specialists will set up your items in your room of choice and remove all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home accessories and furniture?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Please note that for hygiene reasons, mattresses, bedding, and pillows cannot be returned once opened.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
In-stock items are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days. For customized sofas or out-of-stock items, lead times may vary between 4 to 8 weeks.
